Hayleys pieces are created mostly from free flow and improvising so you know that it will be a one off handmade piece exclusive to you! Whatever it may be, Each unique project is handmade with care and attention to detail using high quality soft 100% recycled cotton cords and locally sourced products and materials where possible. Your design can be tailored to your individual style, decor and budget! Hayleys pieces are created from free flow, improvising and surrounding inspirations. So you know that your ethical design will be a one off that was hand made exclusively for you, (with OCD) and loads of love! Prices generally start from. $35 per 30-minute block — this may vary depending on the size and scale of your project, the type of cord used, any additional materials required and how urgent the turnaround is. No hidden fees! Once you have approved your initial quote and we're ready to get started, 50% of the original quote must be paid prior to commencement. Any consultations along the way are simply covered under the 30-minute block rate keeping everything easy, transparent and on track! If there are to be any added charges to the remainder of your invoice, this will be discussed and approved by yourself before any changes or charges are made. An example with pricing. Your custom project was made using our beige 4mm cotton cord and a 40cm hand stained dowel rod that we have in stock. It took 3 hours to create + 1 hour of design consultation & admin = $280. *Plus any additional postage and handling costs. Learn how Never Alone Collective carries Paul’s legacy forward through compassion-led initiatives, community connection and meaningful acts of care. In honour and loving memory of our dear Paul Gaskill 02.02.1994 - 07.11.2025 May your light, love for life and legacy live on through us all. Paul lived with heart, humour, and a deep connection to the people around him. He showed up for others with warmth, generosity, and an instinctive kindness that made people feel seen. A beloved son, brother, friend, and ally, Paul died aged just 31 in Brisbane on 7th November 2025, following a traumatic brain injury caused by an e-scooter accident. Our hearts are broken — but we refuse to let Paul’s story end here. His legacy lives on through the love he gave, the community he built, and the care that now continues in his name. This is not about loss alone — it is about what continues on. Carrying Paul’s Legacy Forward Paul’s family have established a charitable trust in his memory, using Paul’s inheritance to support meaningful causes every year on his birthday — 2nd February — in Nottinghamshire and Brisbane. From 2026 onwards, Paul’s Trust will give annually to initiatives grounded in compassion, care, and connection. This work has already begun. Through the Never Alone Collective, handmade infinity bracelets are being gifted to end-of-life patients in both Brisbane and Nottinghamshire — a small, tangible reminder that no one is ever alone. SHIPPING, RETURNS, WORKSHOP RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS Private Workshops Public Workshop Reschedule Policy Refund Policy - We do not offer refunds on Workshop tickets after purchase however a full storewide credit will be issued if you need to reschedule up until 72 hours prior to your booked Workshop date. 25% loss of ticket fees if cancelled within 72 hours before your booked date. This helps towards venue hire, loss of ticket sales, purchased materials, pre purchased catering and admin fees. The remainder will go towards a store credit for you to use at any time. Where The Seed Was Sown How a small act of love and care became something much bigger care during an unimaginable time. In early November 2025 before going to visit Paul in ICU at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane, Australia - a last minute thought - intentionally crafted for Paul, a macramé infinity bracelet was created and handmade by Hayley, this was then placed gently around his wrist as he lay in hospital following a traumatic head injury. Soft, adjustable, and made from cotton cord, it was one of the few things he would still feel on his left arm — a quiet symbol of: Connection Comfort Presence …when words no longer reached. For Hayley For Hayley, Paul’s close friend and the maker behind the bracelet, it affirmed something she had long believed: Handmade designs, created slowly and with intention, can hold people when nothing else can — grounding the body, lifting the spirit, and reminding us of our own capacity to create, connect and feel. — For Tracy For Paul’s mother, Tracy — who devoted 42 years to the NHS, volunteered as a Trustee for Nottinghamshire Hospice, and served as Project Director at Leicester Royal Infirmary helping open the new Emergency Floor — she has spent a lifetime caring for others with compassion, dignity, and unwavering strength. In her darkest days, this bracelet became a small but grounding presence, offering comfort when words could not. — For Simon After Paul’s passing, his brother Simon joined the journey — now wearing the very bracelet Paul wore during his time in hospital.
