SHIPPING, RETURNS & RESCHEDULES

Workshop Reschedule Policy​


For PUBLIC Workshops and Events - Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on Workshop tickets after purchase however a full store credit will be issued up until 72 hours prior to your Workshop if you need to reschedule with no loss of fees.
 

50% loss of ticket fees if cancelled within 72 hours before your booked date. The remainder will go into a credit for you.
We do not offer a store credit or refund if cancelled within 24 hours before your booked date.
This is to help towards venue hire, loss of ticket sales, purchased materials, pre purchased food/catering and admin fees.

For PRIVATE Workshops and Events - Once your date is confirmed, you have 7 days to pay a $150 non-refundable deposit invoice to secure your booking. This is deducted from your final invoice.

 

Your remainder invoice must be paid in full 7 days prior to your event (we can still add guests up until 2 days before which can be paid via invoice).

We do not offer refunds on events inside of 14 days prior to your booked date.

If you need to cancel altogether outside of 14 days prior, you will receive a full refund less the $150 deposit payment.
Any reschedule within 14 days of your date will forfeit 50% loss of total fees. The remainder will go into a credit for you.

Any reschedule within 7 days prior will forfeit 100% of the total fees.
This is to help cover admin fees, venue hire, potential loss of other bookings, materials purchased/prepared and pre purchased food/catering if grazing is included in your booking.

Shipping Policy
 

We ship Australia wide primarily using Couriers Please & Australia Post​. International shipping quotes on request via Contact Form.

 

Shipping is expected to be sent within 2-4 business days.

Products are dispatched around 12pm weekdays.

Return & Exchange Policy​

Here at Ivy Trove we understand sometimes we change our minds or the product isn't as suitable as expected.

​

If you require an exchange or return of your product please contact hello@ivytrove.com as soon as possible.

 

Subject to the following conditions:
 

- We do not offer refunds on returns or change of mind so please choose carefully. You will be issued a store credit to use with no expiry date once the product has been returned to Ivy Trove and assessed within 7 days of return.

- You have been in contact within 7 days from delivery of your product to request a return or exchange. 

- If it is for a change of mind, you must return the product at your own expense and comply with the directions for returning the product that you'll be provided with.

- The product will remain your responsibility during transit until they are received at the address supplied. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.

- The product must be in undamaged, resalable condition unless it is deemed to be faulty.

Faulty Products
 

You are entitled to a replacement or full refund under the Consumer Law for faulty products.

Subject to the following conditions:

- You must contact Ivy Trove via hello@ivytrove.com within 48 hours of your package delivery providing photos and a description of the product at fault.

- Once deemed as faulty, you must confirm within 48 hours if you are happy with an exchange, store credit or full refund.

- Any extra postage fees for the return will be under the responsibility of Ivy Trove.
