SHIPPING, RETURNS & RESCHEDULES

Shipping Policy
 

Shipping that is included in the price is for Australia only. International shipping quotes on request via Contact Us form.

 

Shipping is expected to be sent within 2-4 business days.

Products are dispatched around 12pm weekdays. 

We ship primarily using Couriers Please & Australia Post. ​


Return & Exchange Policy​

Here at Ivy Trove we understand sometimes our minds change or the product isn't as suitable as expected.

If you require an exchange or return of your product please contact hello@ivytrove.com as soon as possible.

 

Subject to the following conditions:

- You have been in contact within 14 days from delivery of your product to request a return or exchange. 

- You must return the product within 7 days of your request to return your product.

- You must return the product at your own expense and comply with the directions for returning the product that you'll be provided with. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until they are received at the address supplied. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.

- The product must be in undamaged, resalable condition unless product is deemed to be faulty.

- We don't offer refunds on returns or change of mind. You will be issued a store credit to use with no expiry date.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Change of Mind Policy without notice.

Faulty Products -

You are entitled to a replacement or full refund for a major fault of the product if it is irreplaceable.

Subject to the following conditions:

- You must contact Ivy Trove via hello@ivytrove.com within 48 hours of your package delivery providing photos and a description of the product at fault.

- Once deemed as faulty, you must confirm within 48 hours if you are happy with an exchange, store credit or full refund.

- Any extra postage costs etc for faulty item will be covered by Ivy Trove.

Workshop Ticket Reschedule Policy​

- We do not offer refunds on Workshop tickets after purchase. 

- A reschedule or store credit is allowed up until 48 hours prior to your Workshop.

- 50% loss of ticket cost if cancelled within 24 hours of your booked date to help cover costs of purchased food, materials, venue hire and potential loss of extra bookings. The remainder will go into a store credit for you to use storewide or on future Workshop tickets with no expiry date.
- If any Workshop is cancelled due to a covid-19 lock down, you will be urgently contacted. There will be no loss of money and your ticket will go into a store credit until a new date is agreed upon.
